Guest Support During Stay

Reminder: We can not enter the home during your stay unless there is no heat, no water or no electric. We can troubleshoot over the phone and leave items at the door.  As we all know unfortunately things can go wrong in a home.  Here are a few examples;

Toilet gets clogged

Kitchen sink gets clogged

Washer / Dryer might stop working

Internet goes down

Confusion on how to operate a TV

Need extra supplies such as Paper Products,  Batteries, Light bulbs –  (we can leave on porch)

Propane Tank is empty (We have full tanks at our office for pickup)

There are many other items that could go wrong.

Currently,  we can not enter the home unless there is no heat, no water or electric.  We will always where a mask if we enter the property and we ask you do as well.
