Snow Summit Annual New Year’s Eve Party & Torch Light Parade

Come enjoy all the New Year has to bring by attending the annual Torch Light Parade held at Snow Summit every year for New Year’s Eve. The event has live DJ’s, drinks, food, skiing, boarding, and a spectacular show of Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Employees riding the Bear Mountain with torches! It lights the hill with red, sparkling flares, and it is a sight to see for the holidays! Free parking and free admission, all ages welcome! Ski and Board all day and head over to Snow Summit Base Deck to catch the show!

Head to Snow Summit and take your photo with Jolly St. Nick! This event is FREE, and it is on December 17 from 11AM to 3PM. Bring your friends, family, and holiday cheer and they will make sure they bring the big guy in the red suit. Enjoy family portraits and a day out on the slopes with an added festive cheer for the little ones at base camp. If you are looking to a have an all ages, fun day, this is IT! Located at Snow Summit Base Camp on the far left side of the resort, by ski school.

Although the word “snow” and “ski” are a part of this summits name, Snow Summit offers so much more than just winter sports to its year-round visitors. Snow Summit Ski Resort begins its summer activities in May and goes through October, offering a variety of outdoor activities to be enjoyed under the warm summer sun. Visit Snow Summits gravity-fed bike park and experience the thrill of high-speed mountain biking like never before. Requiring minimal pedaling and braking, this park offers over 60 miles of cross-country trails with a mix of natural and man-made obstacles. Multiple trails options are available for different skills levels ranging from easy to more challenging paths. Have little bikers come along with you? No problem! Snow Summit offers electric balance bikes and a dedicated course so they can experience the thrill of mountain biking as well. Some non- biking summer activity options include scenic hiking trails, zip-lining, a 30ft climbing wall, and even a Eurobungy trampoline.
