Join Destination Big Bear at the annual Big Bear Chili Cook-Off! The cook-off is an ICS-Sanctioned World Qualifier Competition with over 40+ cooks competing for prizes! Join us in a good time with tasting kits, live music, kid’s land, adult chill garden with craft beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as artisan marketplace and food vendors.
The annual Chili Cook-Off is back this summer in Big Bear Lake! Join us at Bartlett Event Center on July 10th, 2021 as over 40 top chefs compete for a cash prize in the ICS Chili Cook-Off. Grab your taste kit and sample some of the best Chili in Southern California! This event is completely free to attend and provides entertainment for people of all ages. Enjoy live music, browse goods from local vendors at the Artisan Marketplace or let loose in the Craft Beer and Wine Garden.

It’s not just about the award-winning chili though, for years the International Chili Society has hosted nationwide cook-offs to raise money for charities and nonprofit organizations. They’ve incredibly raised close to 100 million dollars to date! American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Make A Wish, and St. Judes Children’s Hospital are just a few of the many charities and nonprofits they support.
