- You must pick up your activity or dining ticket at the Big Bear Visitors Center at 40824 Big Bear Blvd between 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Sunday.
- Must provide proof of reservation when picking up activity or dining ticket at Big Bear Visitor Center. Acceptable documents include a print out of reservation confirmation paperwork or email confirmation via cell phone.
- The name entered into Eventbrite must match the name on the lodging reservation paperwork.
- Must use the gift during the dates of your stay. Activity redemption is based on availability.
